How often is the data refreshed?
By default, vScope refreshes warranty information monthly. You can trigger an earlier update when needed.
Can we get alerts before expiry?
Yes. Configure notifications (e.g., 30/60/90 days) to relevant recipients or channels.
Where is the data stored?
