Microsoft 365 Management Made Easy
Discover your Microsoft 365 environment directly in vScope. Our latest content updates put your Azure data into a clearer context, helping you improve your Microsoft 365 management. This includes:

Oracle DB: Increased Coverage
Smart Targets for Oracle DB are now included with the SSH Credential. This means you can configure SSH to also discover installed Oracle Databases during inventory. Add them to your OracleDB Credential(s) to automatically increase your scan coverage.

Lifecycle Management: Collect Warranty Data
With the new warranty data inventory feature in vScope, we’re taking a significant step towards smoother and more efficient lifecycle management for the devices in your environment. Warranty is a feature built to drastically reduce manual work and provide you with a clear overview of all your device warranty data, directly within vScope!
Jira Integration
We’re excited to announce the initial integration with Atlassian Jira, the leading platform for project and issue tracking. This enhancement will provide you with an improved overview of users, activity, and issues directly within vScope, simplifying the process of tracking license utilization, identifying opportunities for cost efficiency, and connecting issues to relevant services.
AWS Enhancements
You will now find Lambda, Load Balancers and Databases frĂĄn Amazon AWS. Together with bundled content, this will help you with even better visibility across your cloud environment. Tags from Discovery has also been added to allow you to customize the inventory and allow you to create tags with values from AWS.
PowerShell Discovery: LAPS & gMSA
vScope PowerShell Discovery now supports LAPS and Group Managed Service Accounts (gMSA). gMSA provides automatic password management for managed domain accounts, enhancing security and simplifying administration.
Tracker Cases
New Tracker cases have been added to help you with ensuring proper device enrollment in Microsoft Entra ID, Intune and Windows Defender. Examples are Devices with Unknown AD Join Type, Duplicate Entra ID Device IDs Detected, Highly Inactive Devices (No Entra ID Activity in 90 Days). UI & UX Improvements
- Added “Home” to the main navigation menu.
- Azure tenants and domains now visible in the UI.
- Filter Tracker cases by owner = “Removed user”.
- Expanded use of empty states to improve clarity.
- Improved search experience (e.g. searching “iPhone” returns mobile devices).
- Improved usability of credential selectors in Discovery.
Bug Fixes
- Oracle DB count now uses the
PDB Count
tag. - Prevented saving credentials with missing required fields.

vScope 3.31
History & Changes have been introduced in Tracker, making it easier to track and understand how assets evolve over time. You can now select from recent Tracker runs, and vScope will automatically highlight changes from the previous Tracker run (i.e. when Tracker cases were last evaluated).
