    A brief overview of all printers and their locations.
  • Printer General Usage
    An overview of printers and their overall usage. Some printers may only display total lifetime output.
  • Printer Print Overview
    A brief overview of printers and their usage in regards to prints. Only lists machines that have made 1 or more prints.
  • Printer Scan Overview
    A brief overview of printers and their usage in regards to scans. Only lists machines that have done 1 or more scans.
  • Printer Copy Overview
    A brief overview of printers and their usage in regards to copies. Only lists machines that have performed 1 or more copies.
  • Not Used In The Last 30 days.
    “Output Total Count” column lists the number of uses in the last 30 days and the lifetime output is in the parentheses.
  • Changed Printers – 30 days
    Lists printers that have not been used in the last 30 days, therefore this “Output Total Count” is unchanged.

ANALYSES
  • Printer reports error
    Lists printers that have reported an error.
  • Printer reports alerts
    Lists printers that have reported alerts.
  • Printers no longer seen by SNMP
    When SNMP is no longer responding, it is an indication that there could be a problem of some sort. Either in the printer itself, or in the vScope inventory.
  • Printer supply lower than 5%
    Less than 5% of printer supply remains.
  • Printer supply running low 5-15%
    Only 5% – 15% of printer supply remains.
  • Printer supply running low 15-25%
    Only 15% – 25% of printer supply remains.
